Real Food For Busy People

The hardest parts about going Primal, gluten free, or real food foodie, are

1. learning how to cook

2. making the time to cook.

Like with learning any new skill, there is a learning curve to changing your diet. Anybody can learn how to make eating healthily effortless in time, but it will take some effort.

If you’ve never cooked before, you will have to learn how. If you’ve done a lot of baking with wheat flours, you will have to learn to bake with entirely new ingredients. You will also need to learn which ingredients your body needs for optimal health. This will include pastured butter, extra virgin olive oil, bone broth, and so many more. You will need to know which kitchen utensils you should stop using and which new strategies you should include to improve your health.

Village Green Network has launched a new video course to help busy people learn this stuff quick. Advice and recipes by 17 favorite real-food blogger are compiled into this course. There are 12 weeks of online courses and over 50 video tutorials. Plus, you will have lifetime access to the information contained in the course.

For a limited time this new class will be offered at a discounted price. Membership to the Village Green Network will also be discounted for a limited time. So if you’ve had your eye on Village Green, now is the time to act.

  2. Hey Peggy, thanks for sharing the video course, will check it out.

I’m busy but love to cook too so I try and simplify things by buying appliances that can speed up the cooking process a bit. I’ve got a sorbet maker, yoghurt maker, jam maker, pretzel maker and many other appliances.

The strangest is probably this one though…

I think I’m addicted ti buying these sorts of appliances but they do help speed things along I suppose.
