Today we’re giving away a beautiful Paleo cookbook written by my friend Arsy Vartanian. She is the author of a great blog called Rubies and Radishes, has an adorable Paleo baby girl, and her first cookbook, called The Paleo Slow Cooker, just came out in March.
I really love this book. First, it is a beautiful hardbound copy and the photos are amazing. The recipes are all about slow cooking and it’s dived up by types of meat. Slow cooking is easy cooking, by nature, and that’s the kind of cooking I dig. In addition to recipes she also offers practical tips about dining out, sticking to the diet when the spouse is not Paleo, intermittent fasting, and more strewn throughout the book. This is probably my favorite cookbook on my shelf. I think I’m going to make her Chicken Adobo tonight!

I hope so too! But if not, the book is a great resource for postpartum mothers as well. It was really intended for both.

That’s great news, Peggy! I’m in my third trimester with my first baby, so I am glad to know the book will be helpful even though it’s coming a little late for me to use all through pregnancy.
