WordPress.com sent me this report of my year in blogging. I thought it was kinda interesting so I’m sharing it with you. I also want to thank all of the commenters who have made an impression both on me and on the many readers who pass through.

The top five commenters on The Primal Parent this year were Alexandra, Julia, Grace, JMH, and Lisa C. As a thank you, I’d like to send each of you a free advance copy of my new book. (Please email me with your full name and address and I will have them sent out mid-February.)

In the next couple of weeks I will be announcing the pre-sale of my book. It is now in the final stages of editing and will be hitting the printers soon!

While I haven’t started writing a new book yet – I have been too busy enjoying my new baby – a couple of ideas are brewing. I will have to decide if I want to tackle Primal kids first or Primal mental health… Only the new year will tell.

Thank you all for your presence and I’m looking forward to a new year of learning and writing. Happy new year!

  1. That is an amazing report! I never would have thought about that many people coming to your site from all over the world. I enjoy your site and my son is grown. Thank you for your thoughtful blogging and insight!

  2. Congrats on your blogging success! What a fun report.

  3. Congratulations on your blogging success. I love reading your blogs, especially those about natural raw foods.
Happy new year and all the best for 2013

  4. Oh yay I’m so excited!! I had no idea I was a top commenter. I’m actually planning to try to get pregnant in February…I kept putting it off and now I get a bonus for waiting :)

I love your blog, Peggy. Keep it up.

  5. congratulations! I found your blog a few months ago and have found it really inspiring. Thank you!

  6. Oh. My gee, gosh. I just feel embarrassed about talking too much, now. *laugh*
I live in Canada, so if it’s a giant pain in the butt, I totally understand if you give my copy to the next runner up. I’ll pop back to check the comments to see what you say.
I honestly couldn’t be more pleased if I heard my question on Robb Wolf’s podcast or something. You said my handle! In an entry! Hope my input was good, and not annoying. :-D Merry 2013! Merry bookmas!

  7. Wow, I am pretty stoked! Thanks, Peggy, that is an honor! With two healthy kiddos, I have no plans on becoming pregnant (actually actively avoiding it as I seem to be “rapidly” fertile since going Paleo:-)) but I would LOVE to read your book and, if o.k., with you, then pass it on to a friend who is thinking of becoming pregnant. And, yes, I SOO wish I had the benefit of your book/ knowledge when getting/ being pregnant. I muddled through my pregnancies o.k. but mostly due to being super stubborn and always feeling the need to go against “modern” conventional wisdom, lol. Very excited for the women who will have the benefit of your knowledge early on!!!

  8. Wow Peggy, that’s very exciting, thank you! :D

I have a friend intending to get pregnant soon and I’ve been thinking about it as well, so this is awesome! Definitely looking forward to having your amassed knowledge to guide me from the first.

    Happy New Year.

  9. Oops, that was me. Derp.

  10. Indeed. Congratulations! My sisters and I would love to generate this much activity on our blog, information we need to seek out. How did you manage to get such a cool report from WordPress?

  11. Is that Grace me Peggy? :D I would love a copy of your book, and have it in my wish list on amazon for when it comes out.
