Today we’re giving away Sarah Fragoso’s Family Cookbook. This book is more than just a cookbook, it’s a guide to living Paleo with the family. In the Family Cookbook, Sarah reveals aspects of her own family life and translates that into tips any family can use to become closer and healthier with their family. I really appreciate the work she did with this book. It is a jewel among cookbooks. She offers a shopping guide, a meal plan, and a guide on how-to-do-Paleo on a budget. Her recipes are all kid friendly – of course, on a sophisticated level. But once kids ditch processed foods, their taste buds open up and they begin to appreciate flavors of all kinds.

This book came out a couple of months ago so you’ll get your copy ASAP.
