The header image for this blog shows a pregnant woman (presumably the moderator) jogging barefoot on concrete. While I suppose that's part of the paleo lifestyle since cavemen didn't have proper running shoes, wouldn't you agree that's likely to cause joint problems? If running shoes aren't an option, why not run on the more forgiving grass right next to the sidewalk? It's not uncommon for pregnant women to develop temporary joint issues from carrying the extra weight, even without running.

Not trying to nit-pick, it just seems that image isn't setting a good (or realistic) example.
