starting raw primal while breastfeeding

Hullo,


I am currently breastfeeding my five month old and would like to begin raw primal. I have several concerns, 1) That my milk supply would be effected by my sudden diet change and 2) That any parasites I might harbour at first, while being helpful for clean-up in my body, might cause problems for my little one through toxic materials in breast milk. Any pointers would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!
