Time with dad and grandma

Oh my gosh! I'm so happy for this subject area. My daughter is almost 5 (next month) and is dealing with weight issues since this last year. I'm currently dealing with my weight but that's a different issue.

I can tell my parents and her dad until I'm blue in the face what and when she can eat and noone will listen to me! I work full time and have quite a bit of travel time. So for 10 hrs out of the day she is in someone else's care. It's really hard. No matter what I do or say nothing works. They may even agree with me when I say something but actions are obviously louder than words. I feel helpless.

I come from a family with a lot of health issues. I’m just now having to deal with some of them at 29. I’m a single mother of a 5 yr old little girl. I’m trying to get my health back. I’ve been primal since August 2011.
